As a Community Outreach Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing outreach strategies to connect with target populations, community leaders, and partner organizations. Your role will involve actively listening to community feedback, identifying needs, and collaborating with program staff to tailor services accordingly. Key Responsibilities:

- Strong understanding of community dynamics and the challenges faced by diverse populations.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with community members.
- Proficiency in organizing events and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.
- Knowledge of local community resources and support networks is a plus.
- Fluency in English and relevant local languages is highly desirable.
