You will also manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement, ensuring adequate stock levels and processing purchase orders. Maintaining and updating filing systems, both physical and digital, will be a key responsibility, ensuring information is readily accessible. Furthermore, you will assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents, proofreading for accuracy and completeness. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a professional and welcoming reception. Handling confidential information with discretion and integrity is paramount. Occasional support for event planning and execution may also be required.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office equipment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
