Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Commercial Real Estate Broker to join their expanding remote team, covering the expansive markets in and around Ongata Rongai. This role is pivotal for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the commercial property sector. As a fully remote professional, you will leverage your expertise to connect clients with prime commercial spaces, drive transactions, and build lasting relationships.

- Identify, prospect, and develop new client relationships for commercial real estate acquisition, leasing, and sales.
- Conduct market research and analysis to provide clients with accurate property valuations and investment insights.
- Market and list commercial properties, developing strategic promotional campaigns tailored to specific assets.
- Showcase properties to prospective buyers and tenants, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of lease and purchase agreements on behalf of clients.
- Manage the entire transaction process from initial client contact through to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Build and nurture a robust network of industry contacts, including developers, investors, and other brokers.
