Our client, a leading provider of B2B software solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Account Executive to join their fully remote sales team. While our headquarters are in Machakos, Machakos, KE , this role allows you to operate from anywhere within Kenya, focusing on building and closing deals with enterprise-level clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic account plans, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating complex contracts. You will build strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations, understanding their business needs and demonstrating how our client's solutions can provide value. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, with a deep understanding of complex sales processes and consultative selling techniques. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential. You must be comfortable working independently, managing your time effectively in a remote environment, and utilizing CRM tools to track your pipeline and activities. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, with a focus on enterprise software or complex B2B solutions, is required. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
