- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and OMS/WMS systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote, team-oriented environment.
