Sales-Driven Recruiter – UK Recruitment Industry
Location:
Nairobi, Kenya (Office-Based)
- Working Hours:
10:30 AM – 7:30 PM - Salary:
50,000 KES (increases to 55,000 KES after probation) –
OTE 130,000 KES per month - Promotional Targets:
After probation, promotional targets are implemented to increase your
basic salary
further.
About the Role:
We are looking for highly motivated, sales-driven recruiters to join our team supporting UK recruitment agencies. This isn't your typical HR or administrative role – we are looking for people who thrive in a
performance-driven, commission-based environment
.
We have
various 360 and 180 recruitment roles available
:
- 360 roles:
Full-cycle recruitment including candidate sourcing, interviewing, placement, and
client new business (BD)
– you will generate and manage your own client pipeline as well as candidate pipeline. - 180 roles:
Supporting clients with sourcing, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment (360) for UK clients, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, placement, and generating
new business opportunities
. - Manage 180 recruitment activities by supporting clients with candidate sourcing, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Achieve monthly placement and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity and candidate pipelines in CRM systems.
- Proactively generate new business leads where applicable (for 360 roles).
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in
sales-driven or performance-based roles
. - Highly motivated by commission and OTE earnings – you succeed when you deliver results.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and roles simultaneously.
- Understanding of the UK recruitment market is a plus but not essential.

Note:
The role offers an OTE of
130,000+ KES per month

About the Role
We're looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our international team and support hiring across the Australian market.
This role suits recruiters who enjoy the full candidate process — researching, sourcing, speaking with professionals, and matching them to the right roles.
You'll focus on finding quality candidates for white-collar positions such as engineers, finance professionals, healthcare staff, and corporate services talent. The role is all about
knowing where to find talent
, how to engage them, and building strong long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage candidates through proactive sourcing methods (LinkedIn, referrals, networking, databases, and research).
- Conduct candidate screening calls and interviews to assess suitability.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure all activity is tracked accurately in the CRM.
- Prepare and present qualified shortlists to consultants in Australia.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Stay informed on market trends and talent availability across different industries.
- Collaborate closely with international consultants to support placements and deliver results.
Essential Experience
- Minimum
18 months of recent agency recruitment experience
(180 or 360 role). - Experience recruiting internationally (preferably for Australia, UK, or other global markets).
- Strong understanding of white-collar roles such as engineering, finance, or healthcare.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage professionals at all levels.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple open roles at once.
