This is a fully remote position, allowing you to manage travel arrangements and client experiences from the comfort of your home office anywhere in Kenya. You will be responsible for planning, booking, and coordinating all aspects of travel for our clients, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences. The ideal candidate has a passion for travel, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Your duties will include researching and recommending destinations, accommodations, and activities, as well as managing itineraries, reservations, and special requests. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in using various booking platforms and travel software. You will liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice and support throughout the planning process and during their travels. As this is a remote role, effective digital communication and time management are key to success. You will contribute to creating unique and personalized travel experiences, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. Key responsibilities: Designing and customizing travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets. Booking flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation for clients. Providing expert advice on destinations, visa requirements, and travel advisories. Managing client inquiries and providing prompt, accurate information. Handling bookings, amendments, and cancellations efficiently. Ensuring all travel documentation is accurate and provided to clients in a timely manner. Maintaining strong relationships with travel suppliers and partners. Upselling relevant travel products and services. Resolving any issues or challenges that clients may encounter during their travels. Staying updated on travel trends, destination information, and industry best practices. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, or a related field. Proven experience in travel coordination, tour guiding, or a similar role in the tourism or hospitality industry. Excellent knowledge of destinations, travel products, and booking systems. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and travel booking software. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
