We are seeking a
Technical Project Manager (TPM)
with a strong background in
data engineering, analytics, and cloud technologies
to lead cross-functional projects in our data domain. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, working closely with engineering teams, data scientists, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure timely, quality-driven outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex data projects across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and architects to define project scope, technical requirements, and roadmaps.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate their requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Coordinate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives; maintain project documentation and JIRA boards.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards.

Requirement
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 4+ years in a Technical Project Management role.
- Strong understanding of data technologies: Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, Data Lakes, Data Pipelines.
- Hands-on knowledge of tools such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, or AWS Glue/Redshift.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA, Confluence.
