We are looking for Machine Operators with prior experience in pipe extrusion manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining extrusion machines for UPVC & PPR pipes.

Responsibilities:

• Operate extrusion lines for UPVC & PPR pipes (1963mm).
• Prepare and feed raw material (PVC/PPR granules).
• Set and monitor machine parameters (temperature, pressure, calibration).
• Inspect pipe dimensions, wall thickness, and surface finish.
• Record production reports, downtime logs, and quality checks.
• Support machine setup and product changeovers.
• Follow safety guidelines and housekeeping standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Plastics, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• Experience: 23 years in UPVC/PPR pipe extrusion manufacturing.
• Skills: Extrusion operations, machine troubleshooting, quality inspection, production reporting.
