Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job profiling and sourcing to interviewing, screening, and offer negotiation. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. This remote position requires strong networking, communication, and candidate management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across different industries.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
- Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay informed about market trends and industry best practices in talent acquisition.
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and various recruitment methods.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Excellent sourcing and networking skills, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Familiarity with employment laws and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Passion for identifying and attracting top talent.
