Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on contemporary human rights issues and violations worldwide.
- Develop and advocate for policy recommendations to national governments, international organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Draft comprehensive reports, position papers, and advocacy materials for diverse audiences.
- Monitor legislative and policy developments relevant to human rights in targeted regions.
- Engage with international human rights mechanisms, including UN treaty bodies and special rapporteurs.

- A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in international human rights advocacy, policy analysis, or legal work.
- Demonstrated knowledge of international human rights treaties, conventions, and legal frameworks.
- Proven experience in policy development, report writing, and advocacy campaign management.
- Excellent analytical, research, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working effectively with diverse cultural groups and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects in a remote setting.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other relevant languages (e.g., French, Spanish, Arabic) is a strong asset.
