Responsibilities:

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices in power systems engineering and renewable energy.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in power systems engineering, with a strong emphasis on renewable energy integration.
- Proficiency in using power system analysis software such as PSS/E, ETAP, PSCAD, or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of power system protection principles, grid codes, and interconnection standards.
- Experience in designing and specifying medium and high-voltage electrical equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective remote teamwork.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.
