Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO audits.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads (and other PPC platforms) campaigns, including keyword selection, ad copywriting, and bid management.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic, SEO performance, and SEM campaign results using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth in search engine marketing.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure all content is optimized for search engines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO/SEM best practices, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
- Develop and execute A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to complement search strategies.
- Provide recommendations for website structure, content, and linking to improve SEO.
- Track ROI for all digital marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Work effectively in a remote team setting, communicating proactively and contributing to team goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in SEO and SEM, with a proven track record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and a strong understanding of PPC best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles and their impact on SEO.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Google Ads certifications are a plus.
