Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Knowledge of front-end development principles is a plus.
- Excellent visual design skills, including layout, typography, and color theory.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
