  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary project teams.
  • Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Stay current with advancements in civil engineering technology and sustainable practices.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering design and project management.
  • Proven experience in leading infrastructure projects (e.g., transportation, water resources, site development).
  • Proficiency in civil engineering design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of structural mechanics, hydraulics, and geotechnical principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in the Mombasa region's infrastructure development is an advantage.
