- Administer various massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and hot stone therapy.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin conditions, provide recommendations, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines and product usage.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized treatment environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Manage client appointments, maintain accurate records, and process payments.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat business and positive referrals.
- Contribute to the spa's online presence through content creation for social media and blog posts related to beauty and wellness (remote task).
- Assist in training new staff members on treatment protocols and customer service standards.
- Evaluate and source new high-quality spa products and equipment.
- Remote contribution to developing new service offerings and marketing strategies.
- Valid Esthetician license and Massage Therapy certification from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience as an Esthetician and Massage Therapist, with a strong portfolio of services offered.
- In-depth knowledge of skin physiology, various skin types, and common skin concerns.
- Proficiency in multiple massage modalities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry, with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Experience with spa management software is advantageous.
