The Network and Services Operations Centre Engineer is a developing engineering role, responsible for providing a professional remote technical support service to clients by identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively monitor all network infrastructure and clients' services

  • Monitoring all Cooling and power systems of the entire network infrastructure.

  • Seek and disburse information on scheduled network maintenance and provide constant updates on network status up until the network is fully restored.
  • Monitor and report on 3rd Party Vendors services performance and track the agreed SLAs.
  • Conduct quarterly service reviews with all network's stakeholders and 3rd party vendors for performance management.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • A degree in an IT related discipline.
  • CCNA certification.
  • 2-3 years experience within an ISP technical environment.
  • Experience with network management systems.
  • Advanced knowledge in ISP networks and services (designs, protocols, best practices) and Enterprise infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of Network infrastructure and operations would be an added advantage.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work long hours and under pressure with minimum supervision.

Key responsibilities include: developing and executing the e-commerce strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share growth; managing all aspects of the e-commerce website, including product merchandising, content, and user experience; overseeing online marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, in collaboration with the marketing team; managing the entire order fulfillment process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction; developing and implementing policies and procedures for online sales and customer service; analyzing e-commerce data, including sales trends, website traffic, and customer behavior, to identify opportunities for improvement; managing relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners; leading and mentoring the e-commerce team; staying abreast of e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices; developing and managing the e-commerce budget; ensuring the website is secure, compliant, and performs optimally. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online retail, digital marketing, and customer relationship management. You must be a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex operations in a remote setting. Proven leadership experience and the ability to motivate a distributed team are essential. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and driving business growth online is a must. This role requires someone who can adapt to a fast-paced environment and drive innovation in the online retail space.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus; Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a strong focus on operations and strategy; Proven track record of driving significant online sales growth; Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus, Magento, WooCommerce); Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools; Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; Experience in managing P&L for an e-commerce business; Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders in a remote environment.
