- Proven experience in leading the design and execution of major infrastructure projects (e.g., transportation, water/wastewater, urban development).
- Strong expertise in structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, hydraulics, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD.Pro, or similar.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical challenges and lead diverse project teams.
