Responsibilities:
  • Develop conceptual architectural designs based on client requirements and site analysis.
  • Create detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models.
  • Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Advise on material selection, construction techniques, and sustainability practices.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors throughout the design process.
  • Prepare presentations and documentation for client approvals and project submissions.
  • Conduct site visits as needed for project assessment and verification.
  • Research and integrate new technologies and design trends.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables for design phases.
  • Contribute to the firm's design ethos and innovative approach.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Professional architectural license/registration is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design projects.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino).
  • Excellent knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
  • Strong artistic and creative vision.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.
