Job summary
Our client is seeking skilled Machine Operators with an engineering background to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial machinery to ensure efficient production processes. Candidates must have a degree in engineering and a minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. br>
Key Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor automated or semi-automated machinery in the production line. < r>• nsure machines are properly set up, calibrated, and maintained for efficient operation. < r>• P rform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment. < r>• M nitor production quality and make necessary adjustments to machine settings. < r>• F llow safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. < r>• R cord production data, machine performance, and report any malfunctions. < r>• C llaborate with supervisors and technical teams to improve machine performance. < r>• E sure all materials and components are loaded and available for production. < r>• P rticipate in machine testing, upgrades, and commissioning activities. < r>
Qualifications and Skills
• B chelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• S rong technical aptitude and ability to read mechanical diagrams and blueprints. < r>• F miliarity with safety standards and procedures in an industrial setting. < r>• P oblem-solving skills and attention to detail. < r>• A ility to work both independently and as part of a team. < r>• E cellent time management and organizational skills.
