Position Title : IFF Sales Executive Function/Department: Regional ManagementReports To : IFF MANAGER-EDirect Reports/Supervises : N/AJob Purpose Leverage market knowledge, increase the company’s volumes, yield and revenue on IFF activity.Working relationships: INTERNAL CONTACTS • Regional IFF Manager• Deputy Chief Commercial Officer• Ocean Freight team• Commercial teamEXTERNAL CONTACTS • Clients• Shipping linesKey Responsibilities A. Reporting and Operations 1. Adhere to the guidelines governing the process of opening files in terms of capturing accurate information to always ensure visibility, and in line with the modifications made recently on our client TMS to capture same.2. Monthly reporting of IFF volume pipeline and conversions3. Monthly reporting and tracking of IFF volume client activities and marginsB. Commercial1. Directly manage the selling of IFF into the Kenyan market in conjunction with the country commercial manager as well as IFF regional Manager2. Propose IFF to existing company pool of customers currently enjoying last mile and customs clearance services only3. Conduct detailed analysis in terms of customers that the company does not work with today either on local clearing and forwarding, what terms they buy under from their suppliers and what needs to be done to convert their terms of sale to EXW or FOB (Origin) and to secure locally their IFF flows. 4. Cross trade sales, especially in certain countries such as Egypt where there is significant cross trade and intra-Africa flows. RequirementsRequirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field – or equivalent professional qualification.• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a busy logistics, clearing, and forwarding environment, with proven sales performance in International Freight Forwarding (IFF).• In-depth knowledge of clearing, forwarding, and shipping processes, including Incoterms (EXW, FOB, etc.) and cross-trade operations.• Strong analytical and market research skills to identify, target, and convert potential IFF clients.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities to engage with clients, shipping lines, and internal teams.• Proactive and results-driven approach, with resilience and the ability to work under pressure to meet sales targets.• High level of integrity and professionalism in handling client relationships and company information.BenefitsBenefits: • Car Allowance• Fuel Allowance• Airtime Allowance• Permanent and Pensionable

We are seeking a Technical Project Sales Manager to drive sales of our high-quality product portfolio to high-net-worth and large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in engineering, architecture, or construction management, coupled with proven sales experience in the building and construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify, target, and develop relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, developers, and project owners.
2. resent and demonstrate our premium products and technical solutions for large-scale and luxury projects.
3. Work closely with project teams to specify our products into project designs and BOQs.
4. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop customised technical solutions that meet client needs.
5. Work with production and manufacturing departments to ensure product designs are feasible, cost-effective, and meet quality standards.
6. Participate in budgeting and production planning to ensure manufacturing aligns with sales forecasts and revenue targets.
7. Develop tailored proposals and quotations for high-value projects.
8. Negotiate and close sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
9. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging project opportunities.
10. Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients and internal teams.
Qualifications & Skills
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related technical discipline. < r>2. M nimum 5 years’ proven sales experience in the building materials, construction, or architectural products sector. < r>3. S rong network of contacts within the high-net-worth property development and construction industry.
4. Excellent technical presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
5. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
7. Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
