Construction Project Manager
to oversee project delivery, coordinate site teams, and ensure cost and quality control.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Construction Project Manager will:

Manage project programmes and site execution from start to finish.

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and monitor budgets.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries.

Supervise works to ensure design intent, quality standards, and safety.

Provide weekly project reports (progress, risks, financials).

Handle QS duties on smaller projects (procurement, costing, cash flow).

Ensure smooth client handovers with documentation and snag rectification.

This role involves liaising with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure project success from inception to completion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • 3+ years experience in interior fit-outs, finishing, or related projects.
  • Strong knowledge of cost management, procurement, and contracts.
  • Ability to lead teams and resolve site issues proactively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
