- Provide technical leadership and guidance to cloud engineers and operations teams.
- Collaborate with application development teams to optimize applications for cloud deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues in cloud environments.
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies, services, and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud architectures and processes.
- Conduct cost optimization reviews and implement strategies to manage cloud spend effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, with at least 4 years focused on cloud architecture and implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their core services.
- Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Strong understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and identity and access management (IAM) in cloud environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
- Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly desirable.
