You will work closely with development, operations, and business teams to translate requirements into robust cloud architectures, leveraging best practices in cloud-native design, infrastructure as code, and automation. Responsibilities:
  • Design and architect end-to-end cloud solutions on major platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Develop comprehensive cloud strategies, roadmaps, and best practices for infrastructure deployment and management.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
  • Configure and manage cloud networking, security groups, load balancers, and other core infrastructure components.
  • Design and deploy containerized applications using Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
  • Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of cloud environments.
  • Develop and implement robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Automate operational tasks, deployments, and monitoring processes.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to cloud engineers and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with application development teams to optimize applications for cloud deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues in cloud environments.
  • Stay current with emerging cloud technologies, services, and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud architectures and processes.
  • Conduct cost optimization reviews and implement strategies to manage cloud spend effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, with at least 4 years focused on cloud architecture and implementation.
  • In-depth knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their core services.
  • Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Strong understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and identity and access management (IAM) in cloud environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
  • Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly desirable.
