- Strong understanding of structural geology, igneous and metamorphic petrology, and ore deposit genesis.
- Proven ability to manage remote exploration teams and projects effectively.
- Excellent data analysis, interpretation, and problem-solving skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex geological information clearly.
- Familiarity with GIS and remote sensing data interpretation.
- Experience with project management and budget control.
- Membership in a recognized professional geological body is highly desirable.
