Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design development process for architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Create innovative and aesthetically pleasing architectural designs with a focus on sustainability.
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, models, and specifications.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Professional license/registration as an Architect is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership.
- Extensive experience with BIM software (Revit), AutoCAD, and visualization tools.
- Proven expertise in sustainable design principles and practices (e.g., LEED accreditation is a plus).
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
