- Prepare technical reports, recommendations, and educational materials for clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with research institutions and agricultural extension services.
- Advise on the selection and application of fertilizers, pesticides, and other agrochemicals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in practical agronomy, crop management, or agricultural extension.
- In-depth knowledge of major crop types and their cultivation requirements.
- Understanding of soil science, plant physiology, and pest/disease management.
- Familiarity with precision agriculture technologies, remote sensing, and GIS is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Experience in providing consultations or advisory services is a plus.
