- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Soil Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in agronomy, crop science, or agricultural extension services.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing effective crop management plans.
- Strong knowledge of soil science, plant physiology, pest and disease management, and fertilization.
- Familiarity with precision agriculture techniques and relevant technologies (e.g., GPS, sensors, drones).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects in a remote environment.
- Passion for sustainable agriculture and agricultural development.
