The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, manufacturing operations, or a similar role is required. Certification in Lean or Six Sigma (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt) is highly desirable. Proven experience with process mapping software (e.g., Visio) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab) is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills are critical. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to effectively influence and collaborate with remote teams.
