- Solid understanding of quality control principles, statistical process control (SPC), and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work on the production floor and follow safety protocols.
