Job Description
Actively seek out and engage potential customers through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and networking.
Present, promote, and sell iNet Africa’s IT solutions to residential and business customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and clearly communicate technical solutions in a simplified, customer-friendly way.
Negotiate and close deals while meeting weekly and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Provide timely follow-ups and after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records, leads, and sales activities using company CRM systems.
Identify sales opportunities in new and existing markets within Nairobi and surrounding regions.
Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competition to help improve products and sales approaches.
Represent the company professionally in customer meetings, marketing events, and roadshows.
RequirementsDegree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, ICT, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in IT, ISP, or technology product sales .
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of IT products, or network solutions.
Must own a motorbike or hold a valid Driving License (DL) for field mobility.
Fluent in English and Kiswahili (spoken and written).
High level of personal motivation, integrity, and accountability.
Experience in direct field sales, especially in Tech services.
Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking leads and managing sales pipelines.
