Our client is looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on performance advertising to join their growing marketing team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while driving impactful digital campaigns. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels, including Google Ads, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and display networks. Your primary goal will be to drive qualified traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI for our clients. Key responsibilities include developing campaign strategies, setting up and managing ad accounts, conducting keyword research and audience targeting, creating compelling ad copy and visuals, and continuously monitoring and analyzing campaign performance. You will be expected to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth, making data-driven recommendations for optimization. Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) is crucial. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in paid digital advertising. Proven success in managing significant advertising budgets and achieving measurable results is required. Strong analytical skills, a creative mindset, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
