- Collect process samples for laboratory analysis and record results accurately.
- Maintain detailed logs of process activities, measurements, and any incidents.
- Troubleshoot minor operational issues and report more significant problems to supervisors.
- Participate in safety training and team meetings.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Support senior operators and engineers in various tasks.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical certificate in Chemical Technology or a related field is a strong advantage.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or process-oriented environment is preferred, but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Basic understanding of chemical processes and equipment is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting moderately heavy objects.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and hazardous material handling is a plus.
- This role requires a hybrid working model, involving both on-site operational duties and remote reporting/coordination.
