Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Security Studies, Criminal Justice, or a related field. Master's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in aviation security, with significant experience in risk assessment and security analysis. Demonstrated expertise in international aviation security regulations (e.g., ICAO, TSA, EASA). Proven experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, suitable for a remote leadership role. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects. Familiarity with security technologies and software.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex aviation accident and incident investigations from initial response to final report.
- Analyze flight data recorder (FDR) and cockpit voice recorder (CVR) information, wreckage, and operational data.
- Conduct interviews with witnesses, flight crews, maintenance personnel, and other relevant parties.
- Apply principles of aviation safety, engineering, human factors, and meteorology to determine causal factors.

- Represent the organization in safety forums and contribute to the advancement of aviation safety globally.
- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Safety, or a related technical field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in aviation accident investigation, safety analysis, or a closely related field.
- In-depth knowledge of ICAO Annex 13, NTSB Part 830, and other relevant international investigation standards.
- Extensive experience with various aircraft types, avionics, and powerplant systems.
- Strong understanding of human factors, CRM (Crew Resource Management), and organizational safety culture.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and objective reports.
