Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a significant focus on sustainable design.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of green building principles and certifications (e.g., LEED AP).
  • Experience with energy modeling and environmental performance analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.
  • Excellent design sensibility, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Superb communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
