Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and adapt age-appropriate curriculum materials and learning activities for early childhood settings.

- Ensure all educational materials align with relevant developmental frameworks and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of training participation and program feedback.
- Foster a positive and inclusive approach to early learning.
- Support the implementation of new educational tools and technologies.
- Champion the importance of play-based learning and holistic child development.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working directly with young children in an early years setting or as an early childhood educator.
- In-depth knowledge of child development theories, curriculum frameworks, and pedagogical approaches.
- Experience in curriculum development and designing educational resources.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage audiences in virtual environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using online learning platforms and educational technology.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to child welfare.
- Experience in training or mentoring educators is a strong asset.
- Knowledge of local educational standards and best practices.
