We are seeking to recruit Security Officers to join our team of frontline staff. We are seeking individuals of high

integrity who are physically fit. Besides these attributes the candidates MUST in addition meet the requirements

stated below:-

• Have attained the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education or its equivalent with a minimum of grade of D+
• Be literate with ability of reading, writing and understanding printed regulations, detailed assignment

instructions, training instructions and be able to compose reports that convey complete information

• Basic skills in computer literacy
• Must Have a Valid Email Address
• Be able to demonstrate that he/she has no past criminal record
• Be physically fit and minimum height of 5'8 ft. and 5'5 for women
• Produce Original KCSE Certificate
• Produce a physical fitness certificate from a government hospital
• Be able to produce a minimum of two referees' letters from traceable referees who will be contacted as part of

our employee screening process

• Be the holder of a Kenyan National ID Card (Original)
• Aged between 25 years and 35 years

The Opportunity
Join our Group Security GRC team within R2S (Risk, Resilience & Security) department as an Information Security Officer. You'll be part of an international dynamic team, working on essential security processes that protect Worldline's assets and operations. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of multiple security domains and contribute directly to the organization's security posture.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and/or support multiple security processes including ISMS governance, risk assessments, and control frameworks, ensuring alignment with business requirements and regulations
• Collaborate with GBL security teams to monitor implementation of security processes, consolidate reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and execute security awareness programs including phishing campaigns and mandatory training to strengthen organizational security culture
• Establish and maintain security dashboards and KPIs/KRIs, coordinating with stakeholders for data gathering and analysis
• Contribute to the Worldline Cyber Security program and provide security expertise for strategic initiatives such as Cloud transformation and M&A activities

The role holder will be responsible for managing and coordinating all security-related activities across the assigned region. The successful jobholder will be expected to:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement, government offices and security regulators.
• Represent the Bank at regional forums, regulatory engagements and security-related events.

• Support branch managers in cultivating strong ties with local police leadership.

• Oversee the functionality of security technologies.

• Lead investigations into theft, fraud, threats or breaches of protocol.
• Collect evidence, prepare reports, and support legal or disciplinary action.
• Conduct physical and operational risk assessments of branches, ATMs and cash transit operations.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

The successful jobholder will be required to possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Must have served as an Inspector of Police or at a higher Level.
• Strong knowledge of law enforcement procedures, security risk analysis, and investigations.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, crime prevention, and intelligence collection.
• Computer literacy
• Ability to work independently while managing a regional security portfolio.
• Those currently serving have an added advantage

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive global cybersecurity strategy and program.
• Oversee all aspects of information security, including risk management, threat intelligence, incident response, and vulnerability management.

• Lead the cybersecurity team, fostering a culture of security awareness and best practices remotely.
• Manage the cybersecurity budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., CISO, VP of Security).
• Proven experience in developing and executing enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategies.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), risk management principles, and regulatory compliance.
• Expertise in security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint security, and encryption.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing security operations centers (SOCs) and incident response teams.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-stakes, remote leadership environment.
