Position Summary
The
Senior Organizational Development (OD) Facilitator
plays a pivotal role in driving organizational effectiveness and shaping a high-performance culture at
CCI Kenya
. Acting as a trusted advisor and internal consultant, this role partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to design and deliver impactful OD strategies. The facilitator will lead change initiatives, strengthen leadership capabilities, enhance employee engagement, and align people practices with business strategy in a fast-paced, high-growth BPO environment.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned OD professional with proven expertise in change management, leadership development, and organizational design, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Organizational Diagnosis & Strategy
- Conduct organizational assessments (surveys, focus groups, interviews) to identify structural, cultural, and process improvement opportunities.
- Translate insights into actionable OD interventions that align with business priorities.
Change Management & Implementation
- Lead large-scale change initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment and smooth adoption.
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans, including communication, training, and reinforcement strategies.
Leadership & Team Development
- Design and facilitate workshops, training, and development programs to strengthen leadership alignment, team effectiveness, and conflict resolution.
- Support senior leaders in strategic planning and performance optimization.
Consulting & Coaching
- Provide expert consultation to leadership on talent management, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Coach leaders to build resilience and effectiveness in driving change.
Culture & Engagement
- Champion initiatives that reinforce CCI Kenya's values, strengthen company culture, and boost employee engagement.
- Develop programs that enhance collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity.
Project & Program Management
- Manage OD projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and measurable impact.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Metrics & Evaluation
- Establish KPIs to measure OD program effectiveness and ROI.
- Continuously evaluate impact and recommend improvements to maximize business outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree in
Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration
, or related field. - Minimum
5 years of progressive experience
in OD, talent management, or a similar strategic HR role. - Proven track record in designing and leading
large-scale change management programs
. - Expertise in facilitating workshops, leadership sessions, and strategic planning with senior stakeholders.
- Strong command of OD principles, change management models, and methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Design Thinking).
- Excellent
analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills
, with the ability to influence and partner at all levels. - Professional certifications such as
ODCP, Prosci, CCMP, or SHRM-SCP
are a strong advantage. - Experience in
BPO, contact centers, or fast-paced industries
is highly desirable.
