Role Description
We're looking for a
proactive, organised, and people-first Office Manager
with HR experience and a background in the BPO industry to join our growing team in
Nairobi
.
This is a
full-time, on-site role
—you must be
based in Kenya
and available to work
from our Nairobi office
daily.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily office operations and logistics
- Manage HR tasks: onboarding, compliance, benefits, record-keeping
- Coordinate interviews and support recruitment pipelines
- Foster team culture through employee engagement initiatives
- Support BPO-specific operations (agent logistics, team scaling, documentation)
- Serve as a key point of contact between leadership and staff
Qualifications
- 2–4 years in office management or HR roles
- Experience in the BPO industry
- Must be based in Kenya and able to work on-site in Nairobi
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HRIS systems
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
