You will play a vital role in assisting patients with their healthcare needs via remote communication channels, including video calls, phone consultations, and secure messaging platforms. The ideal candidate is a patient, empathetic, and technologically adept individual with a solid understanding of basic nursing care principles. - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNA in a clinical setting.
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Ability to clearly explain health information to patients of varying literacy levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort and proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital communication tools.
