Job title: Mortgage Servicing & Foreclosure Specialist
Reports to: Team Lead
Location: Nyeri, Kenya
We are seeking experienced Mortgage Processing Specialists to join our dynamic team. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with foreclosure workflows, mortgage documentation, and the MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform) system by ICE Mortgage Technology (formerly Black Knight).
Key responsibilities:
Perform Pre-Foreclosure Scrubs to ensure accuracy and compliance of loan data prior to foreclosure proceedings.
Review and validate mortgage loan origination documents, including:
Promissory Notes
Allonges
Loan Modifications
Analyse mortgage default documents, such as breach letters and notices.
Navigate and update records within MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform).
Collaborate with U.S.-based teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of foreclosure-related tasks.
Maintain compliance with investor guidelines and regulatory standards.
Excellent Communication Skills in English (both written and verbal).
Key competencies/skills
Direct Experience in mortgage servicing and/or foreclosure processing.
Strong familiarity with:
MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform)
Black Knight/ICE systems
U.S. mortgage documentation and terminology
Ability to interpret and process legal and financial documents related to mortgage origination and default.
Experience working with U.S. clients or in a global outsourcing environment is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
2+ years of experience in mortgage processing, loan servicing, or foreclosure
Prior experience with U.S, based mortgage services, lenders or outsourcing teams.
Exposure to document generation systems and Loan origination platforms.
