  • Develop and implement process control strategies to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Utilize process simulation software to model and analyze process performance.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams on scale-up of new products and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Participate in HAZOP studies and risk assessments.
  • Monitor process performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Contribute to cost reduction initiatives and yield improvement projects.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in process engineering within a chemical manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS).
  • Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations applicable to chemical plants.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
