This is a crucial, fully remote position where you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of high-quality care to patients in their homes. You will manage a team of healthcare professionals, develop operational workflows, and implement strategies to optimize patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Your role will be pivotal in expanding the reach and impact of our client's telehealth services. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of remote patient monitoring programs, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards.
- Manage, train, and mentor a distributed team of nurses, care coordinators, and technicians.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance patient care delivery and workflow efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient engagement, clinical outcomes, and operational costs.
