- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Proven experience with lean manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Demonstrated experience in HSE management in an industrial setting.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage distributed teams.
- Experience with process automation and technology integration in manufacturing is desirable.
