• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production team to ensure targets are met.
• Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality control standards and procedures.
• Manage the workflow and allocation of tasks among production staff.
• Train, mentor, and motivate production workers to achieve optimal performance.
• Ensure all safety regulations and protocols are strictly followed on the production floor.

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using production management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime, as required by production schedules.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
• Must be able to work on-site in Ongata Rongai.

• Provide technical expertise and support to production staff to resolve manufacturing challenges.

• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly desirable).
• Experience with CAD/CAM software and process simulation tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and root cause analysis techniques.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
