Responsibilities:
- Lead the building performance analysis process for a range of architectural and engineering projects.
- Conduct energy modeling, daylight simulations, thermal comfort analysis, and other performance studies using specialized software (e.g., EnergyPlus, IES VE, eQUEST, Rhino/Grasshopper plugins).
- Develop and refine simulation methodologies to accurately predict building performance under various conditions.
- Provide expert recommendations to design teams on strategies for energy efficiency, renewable energy integration, and passive design.
- Analyze building operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure long-term performance goals are met.
- Assist project teams in achieving sustainability certifications (e.g., LEED, BREEAM, EDGE).

- In-depth knowledge of building physics, thermodynamics, HVAC systems, and renewable energy technologies.
- Proficiency with building performance simulation software such as EnergyPlus, IES VE, eQUEST, TRNSYS, or similar.
