  • Develop and implement advanced algorithms for robot navigation, perception, manipulation, and human-robot interaction.
  • Oversee the integration of sensors, actuators, and other electromechanical components into robotic platforms.
  • Program industrial robots using various languages and environments (e.g., ROS, Python, C++).
  • Develop simulation models to test and validate robot behaviors and control strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and electrical engineers, to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Define testing protocols and oversee the execution of system verification and validation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges related to robotic systems.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in robotics and automation technologies.
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the team.

Qualifications:
  • Master's or PhD in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in robotics engineering and automation, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
  • Strong expertise in robot operating systems (ROS), motion planning, computer vision, and control theory.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and familiarity with simulation tools (e.g., Gazebo, CoppeliaSim).
  • Experience with industrial robot programming and integration (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, and effectively manage projects in a remote environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing robust and scalable robotic solutions.
