Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a significant portion in design and development.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably managing remote teams.
  • Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), FEA, and other simulation tools.
  • Expertise in material selection, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle management.
