Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.
- Develop and program PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) for various industrial automation tasks using common languages like Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram.
- Design and configure Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) and operator workstations for intuitive process monitoring and control.
- Specify and integrate various control system components, including sensors, actuators, and drives.
- Develop and maintain process control strategies and algorithms to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency.
