  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent registration is essential.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in geotechnical and foundation engineering.
  • Proven expertise in geotechnical software such as PLAXIS, GEO5, SLOPE/W, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of soil mechanics, rock mechanics, and hydrogeology.
  • Experience with a variety of foundation types and ground improvement techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong project management and leadership abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with international geotechnical standards and practices.
