  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in sanitation management, with a strong focus on industrial, commercial, or healthcare environments.
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing successful sanitation programs and SOPs.
  • In-depth knowledge of cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and sanitation equipment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to hygiene and sanitation (e.g., FDA, EPA, local health codes).
  • Strong leadership, team management, and training skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
